From Struggling with a Pushup to Building a Fitness Lifestyle—My Journey So Far Back in high school, I could hardly do a pushup, let alone join my peers lifting weights behind the dormitories. I was a skinny little boy with so much spirit but no bite. Watching others train while feeling too small and weak to join them left me frustrated, but I didn’t know where to start. A little insecure about how I looked and how much smaller I was, I decided to take up fitness after high school. Driven by the desire to be better—to look better, feel better, and perform better—I started my journey with home workouts and runs.
